EveryGirlFitness bootcamp has changed my life! About six months ago, I started a new diet, but also realized I needed an exercise routine that would motivate me. My first workout was extremely difficult, but the trainers did not let me give up! I enjoy that every workout is new, challenging and can be adapted to my current fitness level. The trainers are so encouraging and knowledgeable. Since starting I have lost several pounds and inches causing me to give away the majority of my wardrobe (as most of my clothes are too big now!). But more importantly, I feel good about myself and I am stronger than I can ever remember. I am so grateful to Leigh, Paula, and Kathleen for changing my life!
