Every Girl Fitness’ goal is to provide an integrated plan promoting total health and fitness to its participants while also encouraging positive, permanent lifestyle changes. Our approach includes educating the mind, challenging the body, and lifting the spirits.
Every Girl Fitness boot camp is designed to provide a highly effective and well balanced exercise workout plan. Each participant will be challenged to improve and increase her overall fitness level through circuit/interval/pyramid training, plyometric movement, and core conditioning. Additionally essential components such as flexibility, strength, balance, and cardiovascular endurance are incorporated into our bootcamp and are crucial to building and maintaining a proper exercise regimen.
Every Girl Fitness is a faith based company and is focused on more than just the physical aspects of fitness. We consider it a blessing and a privilege to work for you.
