Every Girl Fitness offers boot camps to women in the Birmingham area in two distinctive ways.  Join one of our centrally located ongoing boot camps at a time that is right for you OR create your own customized class to meet the specific needs of your group.  Our open boot camps are ongoing throughout the year and each session typically runs for 6 consecutive weeks.  We will train you at your fitness level and move you up as you become stronger and faster.  We have designed our program to be suitable for everyone.  Joining is easy!  You can sign up online or visit us at any of our locations for a free introductory class. If you would like to customize your own boot camp for you and your friends, neighbors, and/or co-workers, we provide you with the opportunity to do that!  Contact us with a time and place that’s right for your group, and we will bring the fun and the fitness to you.  To get started, please send us an email and we will do the rest.
