Fall Session Begins Tuesday, October 10th, and continues through Tuesday, November 21st! NO CLASSES ON MONDAY OCTOBER 9th DUE TO COLUMBUS DAY HOLIDAY. Cost is $90 for 2 days a week and $110 for 3 days a week. We need a minimum of 10 per bootcamp. You will need weights if you have them, a yoga mat or towel, and water. All fitness levels encouraged to join! We also offer TRX and Personal Training...let us know if you have any questions!
