What is a typical day like at boot camp?
FUN!  But it is difficult to describe a “typical” day since each workout is intentionally different to avoid boredom and give you maximal results in minimal time. You can expect our workouts to incorporate a mix of core conditioning, flexibility, plyometrics, agility drills, cardiovascular, short distance running/walking, interval training, circuit training, and strength training. We always warm up and cool down.

What’s the difference between boot camp and a regular fitness class?
In boot camp you will be coached and trained by certified personal trainers, making sure you are doing the exercises safely and effectively. You get the benefit of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost while being surrounded by like-minded women, all focused on achieving their fitness goal. We, at EveryGirlFitness, believe that the secret of  life long  success may just be a great group of friends!

How long does it last and what should I bring?
Each class lasts one hour. You should bring a towel or mat, weights, and water.

Will I be sore sometimes?
You may feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days.  After that, it will be slight to moderate. It is all a part of the process of improving your physical condition.

Will I be given a “diet” to follow?
Diets do not work, but healthy eating habits do! We will give you nutritional guidance and suggest healthier alternatives to the foods you enjoy. Our goal is to help you achieve a permanent lifestyle change, not a temporary one.

What kind of people go to bootcamp?
“Every Girl” just like you!  Some of our campers want to jump start their fitness program while others are looking for a new challenge and refreshing way to stay fit. We have designed the program to be suitable for everyone. You will start training at your appropriate level and will move up as you get faster and stronger.

What is the cost and how do I sign up?
Simply click the link to the registration page.  Fill out the registration form and you will get specific costs for each boot camp ($100 – $125 per 6 week session depending on the number of days you attend).

Can I try it out before I sign up for a full session?
Yes! We offer free workouts between scheduled sessions which allow you an opportunity to see what it’s all about. Look for the list of upcoming free workouts on our class registration page beneath the upcoming and current boot camps. Or you can try us out at for free at any time during any of the open sessions.  Just send us an email and let us know you are coming!

Is it possible to join a boot camp session that has already begun?
Yes! You can “jump in” a boot camp at any point and pay a pro-rated fee. Look for the list of current boot camps on on our class registration page and follow the Jump In link to sign up.

Does Bootcamp ever end?
EveryGirlFitness Bootcamp is an ongoing program. You are welcome to join us for one session or stay on board with us for the long haul, like the majority of our participants.
