Warm up for 5 minutes and then do the following exercises for 1 minute each. Can repeat if time!

 

A – Air Jacks or Regular Jacks 1min

L – Alternating Forward Lunges 1 min

L – Alternating Side Lunges 1 min

 

S – Speed Skaters 1 min

N – Nose to the Ground Push Ups 1 min

O – OMG, Why Am I Doing Burpees…Paula’s Not Even Here! 1 min

W – Wide Legged Sit Ups 1 min

E – Every Girl Jump Squats (or squats) 1 min

D – (Tricep) Dips 1 min

 

I – I Love My Glute Bridges 1 min

N – No excuses Mtn climbers 1min

 

REPEAT IF SNOW (SO) DESIRE…
