Spring Break 2015 – VacaFit!

EGF Crashers (this is named after the Princeton Bootcamp…they look so darn good working out that they cause fender benders at the 4-way stop!)

Warm Up 5 minutes

Run (choose a designated area to run-smaller if you have less time or larger if you have more time)

20 Squats – 20 Lunges – 20 Plie Squats – 20 Tricep Dips – 20 Push Ups – 20 Sit Ups or crunches – 20 Superman lifts (on your stomach)

Repeat Run

Repeat list of exercises at 15 Reps

Repeat Run

Repeat list of exercises at 10 Reps

Stretch 5 minutes and you are done!
